We stand behind the value of Ginger CRM. If you are not satisfied with the Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact support@gingercrm.com within 30 days of your initial purchase with your account details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations After 30 Days
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After the initial 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Termination of Access
Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of the paid period, unless requested otherwise. We recommend exporting any needed data before your account is deactivated.
Exceptions
Refunds are only applicable to new accounts on the first purchase. Renewals, upgrades, or downgrades are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
