Use of Services

 

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Ginger CRM. You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Account Registration

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

Subscription and Billing

 

Ginger CRM operates on a subscription model. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Billing cycles, payment methods, and renewal terms will be specified at the time of purchase.

 

Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to misuse the Services or assist others in doing so. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to: spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or using the platform to violate any laws or third-party rights.

 

Intellectual Property

 

Ginger CRM is a white-labeled platform powered by proprietary software licensed from a third party. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are owned by their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

 

Data Ownership

 

You retain ownership of the data you input into the system. However, you grant Ginger CRM a limited license to use this data as necessary to provide the Services.

 

Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

 

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

The Services are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

 

Modifications

 

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
